Dominick Tubito

Shortly after relocating to South Florida from New Jersey in late 2005, Dominick Tubito joined the Swedroe Architecture firm. He brought with him a 17-year background in accounting, with his most prior employment having been as controller for a mid-sized architectural firm in Manhattan.

Little would anyone have imagined the depth and diversity beyond his financial acumen that he would bring to the firm.

Defying stereotype, Dominick goes far beyond utilizing his accounting and analytical proficiency for the complex financial aspects of the firm. He is an expert in recognizing and solving problems; recommending efficient and streamlined computer software programs; administering all aspects of Human Resources; and interviewing and hiring new personnel. He is also an effective motivator.

Always positive, he has revamped the administrative office to a harmonious environment operating at peak efficiency. Dominick initiated the firm’s open-door policy, encouraging staff members to ask questions. Concurrently, he developed excellent communications with every member of the firm. The result is the staff’s expanded financial knowledge.
