Top 10 sales ranged from $1.3M to $7.2M
Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume tumbled last week, but the average sale price and price per square foot rose.
Brokers closed 92 condo sales totaling $62.4 million from Aug. 5th to Aug. 12th. The previous week, brokers closed 131 condo sales totaling $105 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $678,200, higher than the $673,346 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $530 from $510, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.25 million to $7.2 million.
Unit 2201 at Turnberry Ocean Club, at 18501 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $7.2 million closing. The sale closed at $2,214 per square foot after 62 days on the market. Mariela Hopen with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Fernanda Zomignani with AG Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.
Unit 2201 at the Blue Diamond, at 4779 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, took second place with a nearly $3 million closing. The price per square foot breaks down to $1,505. Natasha Gaguine and Claudia Whitechurch, both with Coldwell Banker Realty, represented both sides of the deal, which closed after 51 days on the market.
