Infinity I at the Colony

Infinity I at The Colony is a 22-story tower situated on the waters of Estero Bay and features 96 luxury three- and four-bedroom residences with panoramic views of the Gulf.

The development is designed with open-concept floor plans and resort-style amenities including poolside luxury cabanas, a par-3 putting course, guest suites and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.

Residences range in size from 2,950 to 3,915 square feet. Infinity I is the first of two towers being built within the gated Colony community and will be the first new high-rise built at The Colony in six years.
