HIGH-RISE ARCHITECTURE THAT IS INNOVATIVE AND ENDURING
After 50 years, Swedroe Architecture continues to elevate luxury high-rise condominium design.
When architect Robert M. Swedroe founded his Miami Beach firm in 1974, a reimagining of the multi-residential vernacular was his singular passion. Sharing this passion with key partners, the firm has built decades-long relationships with major developers, a consistency rare in the industry and testament to the firm’s commitment to smart, developer-centric innovation.
After more than 200 major projects and over 3,800 buildings built, Swedroe Architecture has an impressive portfolio of stylish, unpretentious, and enduring buildings incorporating innovative concepts such as direct-entry private elevators, floor-through view maximization, and ultra- efficient floor plans.
Bruce Weiner of Turnberry & Fontainebleau Development: “90 percent of our condo tower projects have been designed by the Swedroe team. They understand the market, they understand the developer, and without fail, they always maintain an extremely high quality of work with every project. At any scale, at any site location, we have the utmost confidence that the product they create will be golden. Our firm has gained that confidence over 50 years of incredible work. We built projects from Florida to Washington to Las Vegas. We built the city of Aventura together; we built the impressive Turnberry Ocean Club together—and we continue to work together with implicit trust.”
Ronto Group president, Anthony Soloman on the recently completed Omega at Bonita Bay in Estero, Florida, “The entire Swedroe team was very patient and easy to work with. They really understand the developers’ needs in terms of designing the space from the inside-out. The building should look beautiful, but it needs to be livable. For Omega, the project is the nicest tower ever built in southwest Florida, and we now have 3 more projects underway.”
Tom Becnel of The Becnel Company: “The Swedroe team has always produced unique and very exciting plans. We’ve had a great relationship since the early ‘90’s, have built over 10 towers together, and with our latest project, Cascade in Sandestin, Florida, we’ll set a new bar for quality in the region.”
“Our goal is to create beautiful, intelligently designed, timeless buildings that exceed the demands of our developer partners,” insists Dominick Tubito, partner at Swedroe Architecture. “Our longevity in this business suggests we are achieving that goal.”
The founder’s vision persists at Swedroe Architecture as his firm continues to enhance and develop its time-tested formula for success.
