Multi-phase Planned Community to Revitalize North Miami
Twin rental towers, known as “The Shoreline”, contain a total 397 units. The project is located within the Solé Mia complex, a 184 acre planned mixed-use community anchored by a crystal clear lagoon and a Costco store, in the City of North Miami.

Unlimited Recreational Experiences

While the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from unit balconies, it’s not always easy to get there due to the abundance of traffic in North Miami and Aventura. To enable residents to enjoy the beach without leaving their community, an enormous lagoon and private beach was created for recreation, relaxation and enjoyment.

Part of a Larger Community

The Shoreline residences are the beginning of a much larger, multi-phase development, planned for area called Solé Mia. Luxury condominiums, retail and entertainment are in-the-works as this long-term, multi-phase project is far from completion.
